Why choose CPM for your primary care needs?
- CPM is a full-service primary care medical office with digital xray, lab, bone density testing,
dietitian counseling, suturing, toenail removal, and much more. CPM can diagnose and treat
acute problems (like sore throat or poison ivy) as well as provide care for chronic illnesses
(high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, etc.).
- CPM is privately-owned which means that our co-pays are lower than hospital co-pays.
- CPM doctors admit their patients age 18+ to Methodist North Hospital. If you have insurance
that allows you to use Methodist Hospital for admission, our doctors can care for you in the
hospital as well as in the office.
- Your choice of health care provider may be the most important decision you will ever make.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we are accepting new patients with private health insurance.
No, we are not accepting new self-pay patients at this time.
We have a waiting list for new Medicare patients at this time.
What insurance plans does CPM accept?
CPM accepts most major insurance plans, such as Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross, Aetna, Humana, and Medicare.
We do NOT accept Health Spring or Windsor, both of which replace standard Medicare. We do file most of the supplements to standard Medicare.
What ages are seen at CPM?
At CPM, patients are seen between the ages of 10 - 110.
Are "same day" appointments available during regular office hours if I am sick?
Yes, we have appointments reserved daily for our sick patients.
If I wish to have tests done or B12 injections that my insurance does not cover, can I have
them done and pay for them?
Yes, we offer "self-pay" services upon patient request, unless medically contraindicated.
If I email your office, when do you check emails?
Office emails are checked workdays, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
